Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QE Accessibility Lead to drive accessibility and quality engineering initiatives across web, mobile, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WCAG compliance, accessibility testing, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration .

This role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure accessibility is embedded throughout the SDLC and that applications meet inclusive design standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead accessibility testing for web, mobile, and enterprise applications aligned with WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards
  • Perform manual and automated accessibility validation using tools such as:
    • Axe
    • WAVE
    • Accessibility Insights
  • Validate user journeys using assistive technologies:
    • NVDA
    • JAWS
    • Keyboard navigation
