Job Title: QE Manager (Banking Industry)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3 days onsite in a week)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Engineering team, including QA analysts, automation engineers, and testers
- Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and best practices across projects
- Drive test automation initiatives and improve test coverage and efficiency
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC
- Establish and track quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
- Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation
- Implement continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality guidelines
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement
