QHSE Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Officer to ensure effective implementation of Quality Health Safety and Environmental policies across our operations.

• Conduct site HSE inspections and monitoring of various high risk activities.
• Conduct Risk Assessments and Safety Audits.
• Conduct HSE orientation and induction for site operatives.
• Manage subcontractors HSE.
• Conduct trainings, awareness, toolbox talks and basic induction courses to new employees.
• Prepare and submit safety performance reports, risk assessments to client and liaise with client on HSE issues at sites.
• Promote safe working methods on sites and ensure safety of personnel.
• Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, report non-conformity.
• Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures and programs on site.
