As a Building Operator, Level 2, you’ll be responsible for the operational execution across multiple buildings, regulating systems, and upholding tenant compliance. A 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate is required, alongside building operations experience of 1-2 years. You will perform inspections, maintenance tasks, and engage with tenants to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
