• Manage daily operations across all Maple Leaf facilities
• Optimize operational policies and standards for improvement

• Evaluate performance metrics through regular site assessments
• Maintain P&L accountability and drive performance improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant operations management experience
