These settings need educators who can build trust, create stability, and help young people rediscover their confidence in education.
What you'll be doing
- Teaching pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
- Delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles
- Building positive relationships that encourage growth and resilience
- Creating a structured environment where pupils feel safe and supported
