Analysts play a hands‑on role in recruitment, outreach, compliance checks, and project delivery, ensuring every step reflects Green Minds values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Recruitment
- Execute expert recruitment strategies using Green Minds database, LinkedIn, Boolean search, email, and cold/warm calls.
- Assist in interpreting project briefs and translating them into recruitment targets.
- Ensure all expert outreach follows company protocols, including compliance and sensitivity checks.
