Role Objective

To evaluate measurement feasibility for new and existing components, develop suitable measurement strategies, and design precision jigs/fixtures to ensure accurate, repeatable, and efficient dimensional inspection processes within the Measurement Lab.
Key Responsibilities 

1. Measurement Feasibility & Planning
 Assess manufacturability and measurement feasibility of components based on drawings, GD&T requirements, and customer specifications.
Develop measurement strategies using CMM, VMM, height gauges, and other metrology equipment.
