Overview

We’re looking for a Quality Analyst to work closely across our sales teams, supporting Account Executives and their managers. You’ll use a detail-oriented approach to improve our processes and deliver the best possible results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitoring the quality and compliance of all sales interactions, including reviewing and scoring phone calls, emails, and related chats
  • Providing feedback to agents based on their quality score and results
  • Working with sales trainers to produce best-practice guides and facilitate regular training

What You’ll Need

  • 6+ months of experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
  • Great quality score results
  • Proven diligence and a high standard of integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a sales environment
