The Role


The Quality Analyst Team Leader plays a key role in ensuring Ecosa delivers WOW customer experiences across all touchpoints. This role leads the Quality Analyst team in monitoring, evaluating, and coaching performance to ensure that every customer interaction reflects Ecosa’s principles and values. The Team Leader not only upholds service standards but also drives a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
