Job Description

  • Assist with sample analysis of returned products from customers, to apply problem solving skills to identify causes of field failure and customer dissatisfaction
  • Co-ordinate technical analysis by cross-functional team and communicate to customers
  • Support Quality Engineers in new product launch and sustaining manufacturing lines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues, SPC trends
  • Analyze and monitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements, and escalate to upper management when necessary
  • Prepare “First Time Quality” reports and scrap reports
  • Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external
  • Assist in Quality Improvement projects
  • Assist in “Production Part Approval Process” submission
  • Assist in Quality planning and development
  • Assist in Internal and External audit
