Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks

Ensure comprehensive test coverage through the development of functional and regression

Manage and lead the Quality Engineer team to efficiently and effectively achieve automated testing goals

Provide guidance and technical mentorship to team members, fostering skill development

Developing the abilities of subordinates, including shaping them to become leaders
