Job Description
Ventaja is looking for a Mid‑Level QA Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in web and mobile application testing . The ideal candidate should have strong manual testing skills, basic API testing knowledge, and the ability to use AI tools for faster and smarter QA execution . Exposure to automation tools and fintech applications will be an advantage. This is a work‑from‑office role based in Manila.
What You’ll Do
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate test case generation, discover edge cases, prepare regression checklists, and polish defect logs.
- Use Postman (or similar tools) to validate requests/responses, status codes, error handling, and basic JSON structures.
- Identify, log, and track bugs in tools like Jira/ClickUp, collaborating closely with developers to ensure quick resolution and robust impact testing.
