Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance. 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead or Test Lead. Strong experience in Banking domain. Expertise in Manual and Automation Testing. Experience with Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, or similar automation tools. Solid knowledge of API Testing and database validation (SQL). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands‑on experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps. Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
