Quality Auditor

Overview

Join Irving Shipbuilding and play a key role in Canada’s next generation of naval ships. We’re looking for a Quality Auditor to lead ISO 9001 audits for River Class Destroyer subcontractors, assessing processes, products, and documentation to ensure compliance with standards and contractual requirements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, review supplier quality plans, inspection reports, and certifications, and deliver clear audit reports with findings and recommendations that drive improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual requirements, vendor information, and quality plans to prepare for audits.
• Conduct on-site and virtual ISO 9001 QMS audits.
• Complete audit reports, documenting findings and highlighting risks.
• Organize audit data to show trends and risks in a clear, visual format.
