Step into a pivotal role with Quality & Company as a Manufacturing Project Lead. This on-site position requires strong leadership to coordinate furniture production projects.
In this role, you'll bring your minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing to impact the team positively. Your efforts will center around correspondence with clients, scheduling for multiple departments, and ensuring project milestones are achieved. Collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to the ongoing success of Quality & Company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily communications with clients and project stakeholders
• Conduct regular floor rounds for operational oversight
• Schedule and monitor tasks across departments for timely delivery
• Issue accurate work orders in partnership with the purchasing team
• Manage shipping timelines in collaboration with external clients
Requirements:
• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or similar roles
