This Position reports to:
Operations Manager
**Your Role: Own the Challenge**
In this role, you will lead the deployment of the quality and continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit within the Robotics Business Division in Mexico.
You will foster a culture of excellence, prevention, and learning, while ensuring customer expectations are met and operations remain sustainable.
You will guide cross-functional teams to improve processes, drive performance, and meet certification and compliance requirements.
