Job Description
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing shoe products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, defects, and corrective actions taken, using software systems
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists tailored to shoe Industry
- Prepare detailed reports on quality issues and communicate findings to management.
- Work closely with warehouse staff, production teams, and management to address quality-related concerns.
- Manage and Supervise tean of Quality checkers and give them Quality Checking plans
Qualification
Bachelors in Quality Control or relevant
