1. Work Order Processing & Quality Monitoring
Process work orders efficiently, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
Monitor and analyze site quality data, including aging, loss, damage, and special product handling, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions to reduce discrepancies and enhance overall quality performance.
2. Handling of Abnormal and Returned Items
Investigate and resolve issues related to abnormal parts, returned parts, damaged items, and headless parts.
Coordinate with relevant teams to document, track, and process non-conforming products according to established protocols.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality incidents and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.
