Responsibilities
- Inspection and measurement of intricate formwork, reinforcement, and special hardware
- Direct communication with Engineering to review drawing issues causing setup complications
- Inspection of intricate hardware with special welding requirements
- Casting, testing and inspection of precast concrete structures for bridge girders, wall panels and parking garage components, according to building codes, drawings and specifications
- Monitor the manufacturing process for quality and compliance with design and specification requirements
- Inspect completed concrete product components to ensure the quality meets engineering design and project requirements
- Monitor and perform all concrete tests at plant and on site, as required
