Quality Controller Monaghan Salary: €30-35k (DOE) We are recruiting a hands-on Quality Controller to join a well-established and growing busy food production site supplying retail and food service customers. You will be responsible for day-to-day quality checks, while also managing documentation, reporting, and compliance activities The company operates high-volume processing facilities and is committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining the highest food safety standards. Working Hours:Typically 6 3pm (flexibility 8.30-5.30pm) The role: Carry out daily quality checks (raw materials, finished product, weights, labels, temperatures) Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, and food safety standards Monitor production processes and identify issues quickly Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives Investigate complaints and implement corrective actions Complete quality documentation and reports Support and guide production staff on quality and food ...
