As a Product Quality Engineer (PQE), you are a recognized expert within Cisco, performing complex quality engineering tasks using specialized domain knowledge. You will drive cross‑functional engagement across Business Units (BU), Manufacturing (MFG), Product Operations, and Customer Experience (CX) to ensure our customers receive products of the highest quality, consistent with Cisco’s brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co‑lead early design engagement for products, ensuring quality and reliability requirements are integrated from the start of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Own the investigation, containment, and corrective action of quality issues from inception to resolution, ensuring robust root‑cause analysis.
