Responsibilities- Provide leadership for process control.
- Resolve problems with suppliers and customers.
- Support the corrective action system (internal and external).
- Offer technical support to manufacturing engineering regarding product quality and design functions.
- Define quality gauge requirements for processes.
- Lead QC engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on capacity studies, gauge R&R, and DOE.
- Perform activities related to safety.
- Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the department supervisor.
