- As a Quality Engineer you’ll be primarily responsible for customer support to address quality‑related issues, coordinate the implementation of defect containment actions inside and outside the plant, and lead the multidisciplinary team through problem‑solving methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact with customers for specific requirements.
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary team for quality problem resolution using different methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa Diagrams, and DDW.
- Monitor the status of customer‑reported concerns until closure is ensured.
- Continuously verify customer systems to ensure responses have been provided for all reported issues.
- Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings.
- Use the LQTS system database to analyze customer complaints and update information until each concern is closed.
