Responsibilities
Generates, implements, and updates the process control plan, establishing the tests and inspections to be carried out in all processes and products, including adjustment and functional tests for product validation during the manufacturing process, including the launch of new products.
Generates, distributes, and communicates work instructions, inspection sheets, visual aids, and other quality documentation that show operators how to maintain quality in their operations.
Responsible for managing customer complaints (CQAs, IQIs).
