As a Quality Engineer, a successful applicant will be responsible for leading quality performance across a defined portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary quality contact for assigned customers.
This role manages structured problem-solving activities from initial issue notification through containment, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and verification of effectiveness, while maintaining clear, professional, and timely communication at every stage.
The position requires a successful candidate to independently lead customer discussions, manage multiple concurrent issues, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
