This role involves leading quality improvements, managing customer complaints, and supporting new product initiatives. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in SMT processes, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred candidates will possess experience with IPC-A610, problem-solving methodologies, and relevant software tools.
