Job Description
Responsibilities
- Directly report to the Quality Manager of the production plant.
- Serve as the primary contact for one or more customer accounts, representing the company and communicating their needs and requirements internally.
- Participate in defining the quality strategy and lead initiatives and work teams designed to achieve the specific objectives aligned with that strategy.
- Lead the actions necessary to resolve and close quality claims or incidents related to customers, ensuring effectiveness and minimal operational impact.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Process Engineer, Internal Quality Engineer, or Customer Quality Engineer in the automotive industry.
- Advanced proficiency in quality core tools.
- Strong knowledge of advanced problem‑solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, PDCA, etc.).
