Responsibilities include utilizing statistical tools for analysis, managing customer complaints, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ideally with certifications in Quality Engineering or Six-Sigma, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
English proficiency and proficiency in software like Excel and Minitab are also required.
