Key Responsibilities
- Manage In-Process Quality Control to ensure product conformity during manufacturing
- Handle Incoming Inspection of raw materials, components, and supplier parts
- Manage Customer Quality Issues, including complaints, rejections, and returns
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and quality records
- Coordinate with production, design, and suppliers to ensure quality compliance
