About the Team



The Quality team at ZF ensures that products and processes meet the highest standards across assembly and machining operations. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and defect prevention. It plays a key role during product launches and in maintaining compliance with IATF and customer-specific requirements. Collaboration and data-driven decision-making are essential to achieve operational excellence.

What you can look forward to as Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and IATF requirements.

  • Prevent and eradicate defects in assembly and machining lines through continuous improvement.

  • Support and ensure successful approval of new product launches (APQP/PPAP).

  • Lead statistical analysis activities in line with MSA and SPC methodologies.
