SKILLS
QA Manager will lead a small group of testers and provide guidance, support and hands-on
test management. Significant project/program experience in an enterprise preferred.
• Involvement in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks.
• Develop overall test strategy
• Review and endorse test plan and test report
• Develop UAT Test Cases
• Manage and provide leadership to a group of test professionals in the organization.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Experience in leading the ServiceNow testing projects for about 4-5 years and should
have complete knowledge of the testing process.
• Must have minimum ISTQB Foundations certificate
• SQL skills
• Strong functional testing expertise
• Proven project experience in software testing to provide considered, meaningful and
applicable advice
