Job Description
Conduct daily QC checks and release products to warehouses.
Ensure quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance of all Private Label FMCG food products.
Manage raw material to finished goods quality control.
Drive FSMS, GMP, HACCP & FSSAI implementation at supplier sites.
Handle customer complaints, RCA & CAPA.
Conduct mock recalls, traceability checks & supplier audits.
