Change Grow Live North Northamptonshire has an exciting new post and are looking for a Quality Lead to join our team. Working as part of the leadership team, this role will create and undertake regular and cyclical audits of all aspects of service delivery, collate best practice, implement quality improvement plans, and evaluate impact. You will assist in observed practice, staff coaching, and design and deliver training and workshop sessions. You will also embed the CGL learning culture within the service by sharing learning from incidents and implementing actions to reduce likelihood of re‑occurrence.
