You as a Quality Lead will: 
Develop, oversee, and evaluate Project Quality Management Plans (PQMP) as well as Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) 

Perform audits and subsequently address identified action items 

Review and interpret contracts, specifications, drawings, and provide concise comments

Assess potential future risks and formulate comprehensive mitigation strategies.

Independently review drawings and specifications for compliance

Implement the quality program across various project types (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.)

Confidently to escalate issues with the quality program

Foster innovations and implement them into the quality program

Be capable of independently organizing and leading internal and external meetings 

Support in the training and assistance of colleagues
