Quality Manager

**YOUR ROLE**As a Quality Manager on our team, you'll supervise and maintain the manufacturing systems for the production processes of the CS Mexico plants.In your daily job you will:- Assist customers to resolve issues related to product quality and delivery in order to maintain a healthy and productive relationship, anticipating potential problems.
- Ensure supplier control to ensure that all raw materials arriving at the plant meet established quality requirements.
- Ensure that products and processes meet established quality requirements to ensure reliable products.
- Monitor quality on the shop floor to ensure that all process and product controls are executed in a timely manner and that necessary corrective actions are taken.
- Validate and launch new products to ensure customers that the new processes are capable of delivering products with the required quality.
