Job Summary The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing,and maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 26262. This role leads the certification process, drives continuous improvement, and ensures quality oversight of outsourced manufacturing (OSAT) and suppliers. Roles and Responsibilities Lead the full design and implementation of an integrated ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 26262 management system, including defining organizational scope, mapping end-to-end processes, developing controlled procedures, and establishing measurable quality and safety objectives Serve as the Management Representative for ISO certification audits. Develop and maintain core QMS processes: document control, change management, risk management, internal audit and management review.
