Job Description
  • Provide necessary support for Quality Supervisors at the Toyota site to ensure timely reporting and quality assurance results.
  • Ensure Quality Supervisors have IT support for inspection services, reporting, information control, and client requests.
  • Manage requests from W Management at the site regarding quality.
  • Manage information and participate in meetings with client representatives at Toyota site.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the client representative.
  • Follow client representative instructions precisely.
  • Meet KPIs related to quality across WWS departments.
