Quality Supervisor (Evening Shift)

Job Description

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Quality Supervisor (Evening Shift) to join our quality team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

You will be part of the Quality team and your role as Quality Supervisor (Evening Shift) includes:

• Exercising leadership in alignment with the company's vision and values;
• Working effectively under pressure and engaging your team to meet strict deadlines;
• Managing your team's performance using KPIs;
• Managing workload and individual performance of unionized employees;
• Ensuring continuous improvement, notably through application of problem‑solving processes;
• Coaching your team (15–25 employees) to develop their talent within the organization;
• Identifying, documenting and standardizing key processes that lead to achieving objectives;
• Optimizing knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization;
