Quality Systems Coordinator (Ciudad Apodaca)

Apodaca, Nuevo León – Apodaca Plant (Presential)

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, the Quality Systems Coordinator will implement world‑class quality systems at the automotive level.

• Conduct quality system audits for compliance.
• Prepare audit results reports from the perspective of the plant staff and central quality.
• Request/demand corrective action plans for detected non‑conformities.
• Redesign the quality system when a process is not effective or robust enough.
• Train, guide, and monitor the plant in IATF‑16949 and VDA6.3.
• Review and audit processes and procedures to ensure they comply with International Automotive Standards (CQI‑17).
• Plan and guide internal and external audits of IATF‑16949 and VDA6.3.
• Internally publish the results of these audits.
