  Responsibilities 
 Perform incoming check and verification of raw materials, customers supplied materials, sub-con operations and instruments:
 Setting gauges and preparation/ issuing of inspection sheets and gauging procedures Dimensional verificationHardness checkMill Certificate VerificationVTI 
 Short term rental gauges
 Perform final check on finished parts and routers/ documentation/ inspection sheet ensuring compliance to licensor’s/ customers’ requrements
 Conduct scheduled daily phosphate titration test and monthly coupon test
 Perform threading inserts verification
 To raise Non-Conformance/ Incident Reports on discrepancy discovered
 To conduct internal process audit
 Responsible for maintaining the integrity of gauge room
 Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures
