Job Description

The Quantity Surveying Manager is responsible for providing cost and commercial advisory support within the PDMC team, focusing on the evaluation of design decisions, technical proposals, and integration-driven changes across a complex infrastructure programme.
This role ensures that cost implications are fully understood and integrated into the design review and coordination process, supporting the delivery of an optimised, cost-effective and operationally viable asset in a highly regulated and interfaced environment.

1. Cost Advisory on Design & Technical Decisions
Assess cost implications of:
Design changes and engineering proposalsInterface-driven modifications across contracts and disciplinesSystem integration requirements and staging constraints
