Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead tender teams for building works projects(QS inputs, pricing, submission)
- Manage and develop QS team (Junior to Senior levels).
- Oversee QS activities in projects (cost control, variations, claims).
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Ensure tender submissions and project QS work are accurate and compliant.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 10+ years of QS experience, with at least 3years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in tender management andproject QS.
- Strong knowledge of building works, contracts,and pricing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam).
- Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing, Institutional projects.
- Candidates with Professional QS certification...
