Role Objective As the
QS Manager (M&E)
, you will lead the commercial and contractual management for our Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Utility projects. You will oversee the entire projectlifecycle-from initial feasibility and tendering to final account closure-ensuring that our EPC and EPCM delivery remains financially viable and risk-mitigated. Key Responsibilities 1. Pre-Contract & Tendering Lead the M&E estimation team in preparing competitive tenders for large-scale industrial, commercial, and cleanroom projects. Perform detailed take-offs for M&E services (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Process Piping). Review Tender Documents, Conditions of Contract, and Technical Specifications to identify commercial risks and opportunities. 2. Cost Management & Control Establish project budgets and perform regular Cost Value Reconciliations (CVR). Monitor project cash flow and implement cost-control measures to ensure margins are maintained. Manage the procurement process, ...
