Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a leading specialist in Groundworks, Civil Engineering and RC Frame Construction. Their commercial team operates in a fast-paced environment with a diverse range of projects.

The Role

Commercial Management
Project Oversight: Lead the commercial delivery of projects, ensuring valuations are accurate, timely, and compliant with contracts.

Payment Cycle: Prepare applications for payment, monitor certificates, and resolve outstanding payment issues.

Change Control: Identify, document, and value all variations and dayworks.

Final Accounts: Negotiate and agree on final accounts to successful closure.

Contract Admin: Manage Early Warning Notices (EWNs), Extensions of Time (EOTs), and maintain associated tracker documents.
