Quantity Surveyor

Willmott Dixon Interiors are looking to appoint a Project Surveyor (Quantity Surveyor) to join our team delivering a long-term programme of work in Aldermaston, Reading. This is a secure, technically complex environment supporting projects that enhance critical scientific and analytical capabilities. The current programme is scheduled through to 2027, with a strong likelihood of continued works for many years beyond, offering long‑term stability and clear development opportunities. Projects range from fast‑paced interior fit‑out works to highly sensitive construction packages. You will operate as a key Project Surveyor on a day‑to‑day basis, overseeing the commercial delivery of allocated projects under NEC forms of contract, with support from a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Commercial Manager.
