MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a contracting firm proving end-to-end for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works. Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor (Civil) have experience on high rise buildings projects to join our team in Islamabad at IT Park Project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepared material and quantity takeoff of structural, architectural, and external work quantities.
Preparation and submission of interim payment applications to consultant and following up for the approval and issuance of payment certificates to ensure the payments are released on time.
Verification of interim certificates of payments with consultant and client.
Prepared costs control and budget allocation, monthly progress claims, and variations/change orders, Comparative Analysis.
Evaluated sub-contractors' claims and preparation of interim certificates of payments.
