Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly cost reports, comparing actual costs against projections and documenting variances with appropriate justifications.
- Analyse project requirements and identify potential cost impacts, including forecasting additional costs where applicable.
- Ensure cost allocations and payment projections are accurately aligned with specific work activities.
- Review and validate projected costs against purchase orders and site records during monthly closing processes.
- Monitor and track site-related expenses across various trades to ensure cost efficiency.
- Source and obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors, and prepare detailed comparison analyses.
- Measure and verify quantities based on drawings, using manual methods or relevant software tools (e.g., CostX or equivalent).
