Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor supports the Procurement & Contracts Department in delivering cost-efficient, contract-compliant, and commercially optimized outcomes for BCEI’s regional data center developments. The role provides cost control, contract administration, variation management, procurement support, and commercial risk assessment across all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors, utilizing appropriate software and tools.
• Conduct comprehensive quantity take-offs from project plans and specifications to determine quantities of materials required for construction activities.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop cost plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial objectives.
