Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in building and villa construction projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tender preparation, project cost control, valuation of works, and contract administration. Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and proficiency in PlanSwift are essential.

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material quantifications from drawings and specifications using PlanSwift.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for villa and building projects.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations and prepare comparison reports.
